First I take the time to understand the business properly. What drives revenue. What the actual goals are. Who the customers are and how they move through the customer journey. If paid ads have already been running, I review the existing setup — campaigns, data and past strategy — to understand what has worked, what hasn’t and where the real opportunities are.

Once the fundamentals are clear, I translate the business goals into a paid ads strategy that can realistically drive those results. That means defining the right structure, the role paid ads should play in the business and what success should actually look like. From there, we create a clear roadmap with realistic timelines and move into execution.

Once campaigns are live, the focus shifts to continuous improvement. We look at what’s working, what isn’t and where the next opportunities are — inside the ads and across the wider customer journey.
